One of the most inspiring stories I read recently. And directly applicable, like everything it needs practice when you’re feeling fine to be anchored enough when you’re feeling off. I would definitely apply this approach to my toolbox for times of crisis.
It offers a different approach than meditation and acceptance of your thoughts, I would classify it between sophrology in the way it can create “positive auto-suggestion” and a science of how habits work.
